    Default More crafting for collectables

    Its time to add more crafting rituals for all those other collectables in on collectable bags. For those of us that do not feel like running all around the city to find their appropriate collector.

    I propose rituals that can be done on equipment just like is currently in place.

    The benefits to these new rituals will give a +3 to a skill while that bound equipment with its ritual on it is worn.

    So, bind the equipment(bracers for this example). Place it in Eldrich Device with 3 different collectables of various amounts.
    Bracers now have a +3 skill boost to the jump skill while those bracers are worn.

    Make a recipe for each skill to be added to a piece of equipment that will increase that skill by +3. Only one such recipe may be added to any single piece of equipment.

    it's well overdue that they do something more with collectibles. And gems for that matter! and soul gems!

    Part of me wonders if the dev in charge of the soul gems has left the game or simply forgot about them period.

    Me too, it's so strange to put a large variety of items into the game for absolutely no reason. I wonder where they will end up.

    I'd like to see continuations along the lines they have developed already.

    and perhaps parallel or branched paths


    Take say the Shield Alchemy effect that adds +1 to the Shield's AC

    a Second Tier Effect could add 2 Shield DR making it a Lacquered Shield
    another Second tier could up the Shield Bash Damage to 1d8 as a Spiked Shield
    another Second tier effect could reduce Arcane Spell Failure by 5% making a Spell Shield
    yet another Second Tier could add 10% elemental absorbtion to all Elementals (similar too but stacking with other effects that absorb elements)

    Then Tier three effect could continue with those themes along the same paths.

    The Spiked Shield could have a weapon effect added to it
    Lacquered could add more Blocking DR and/or some passive DR as well.
    etc etc

    the paths would branch off and you could only have one at each branch

    That'd be something I'd be interested in seeing
