    Default Downgrade from VIP to Free, or Premium to Free (Instead of Premium)

    Hey everyone. If you have recently downgraded from VIP and have become Free, instead of Premium, please post here on the forum account associated with that account. The easiest way to tell is if you have 2 character slots per server instead of 4. You can simply post a quick "help please" and as long as your on the associated forum account, we'll see if the beholder can work his magic on your account.

    Please note, the beholder asks that you do NOT post your username. He assures me that he is powerful enough to help you without it.

    The beholder also wants to let you all know that this status change can happen if you cancel, or if the payment fails. If you know that you don't want to continue to pay VIP he actually recommends you cancel, as it leaves your account in a better place to make changes in the future. Canceling just stops VIP subscriptions as of the next billing date, it doesn't delete characters or stop Free/Premium access.

    Please note that if non-related issues continue to be posted in this thread, it may be closed. We're at about 3 non-related posts within a week, as of 2/17/2010. I moved most of them, but wanted to note that this thread MUST remain on topic for us to be able to assist with it.

    I am not completely sure I qualify, because my account was made VIP for a month from a game card code that didn't actually cost money (it was granted from a Thread of the Week back when you had that), but regardless when it expired this account went from VIP to Free to Play, so I'm mostly curious if I have a valid case. However, if it is a valid case...

    help please.

    The little beholder tells me that he usually likes to keep damsels as pets, or munch them with a little sweet and sour sauce.... but I've convinced him to help out this once.
