Default THF vs Spring Attack for (mostly) solo Qstaff Monkcrobat

I know that glancing blows don't proc sneak attack damage so the THF feat chain isn't helpful in that department.

But for a Rog 13/Monk 7 (or Monk 6/Ftr 1), would the THF chain be helpful when soloing to dish out more damage when I can't get SA dice (like against undead for example)?

Otherwise, would the Spring Attack chain be worthwhile? I already plan on taking Dodge to get Ninja Spy I.

I thought i read somewhere that the two handed fighting feats don't work with quarterstaves. Or did i dream it?

Anyway, since IF isn't working, I was thinking I might have room for the THF or SA chains, and whether one or the other would be better for a mostly solo build.

I'm going halfling so I'll have 10 or 11 feats depending on whether I take Monk 7 or Ftr 1:

    1. Power Attack
    2. Cleave
    3. Great Cleave
    4. Toughness
    5. Imp Crit
    6. Dodge

That leaves 4-5 feats, which could be Mobility and Spring Attack, the THF chain, Precision, or Stunning Blow.

    Thoughts?

Edit: It was cleaves that i had read don't proc glancing blows with quaterstaff. No idea if this is still the case or not. Might be worth knowing before investing in the two handed fighting chain.

Still rather useful for the 80% chance for glanceing blow. My tests seem to have around 60 damage via glanceing blows.

I've tested the build out thoroughly on Lam. One Fighter splash is useless. Seven Monk is far superior.

That's not required for the 13 rogue/7monk build on Lam. From my testing you'll just have enough feats for dps/epic toughness. I don't think you can put in a dodge or spring attack feat.

If you're only going to solo. SA is completely useless. (Unless you have bluff?) THF puts you at 80% chance for glanceing blow. With decent gear that's about 60 damage per glanceing blow.

Horc. human, or helf are best for this build. You'll need to factor in "adept of forms". You'll get Adept of Forms for free from level 6 monk I think. But you also need Master of Forms and Grandmaster of Forms. So that's two feat slots that are needed.
