FailedLegend, where is the Lesser Aasimar out of? You keep talking about it but you fail to list the sorce book. I find it very odd they would change the base Aasimar in the Monster Manuel to something frankly better.
pretty sure failed is making them up

but I could be wrong just to lazy to try and find out if they add them they will be like drow and be 28ptrs I am sure

I don't remember the sourcebook, but I do remember a rule for lesser outsiders. It would negate the +1 on tiefling and assimir (and either lower or reduce the level adjustment on some other outsider races) with the change being that they count as 'person' for purposes of spells instead of 'outsider'. I do not remember if there were any other changes involved.

    Plant-based player race?

I'd roll a Druid for that.

    Humans.

A close second is halflings, since they are just mini-humans

Most other races seem to be picked 'only' for what they give (Stat wise) and not cuz you 'like' that race(Unless flavor build, but then that build suffers for that pick)

Human because humans are just the most adapt and balanced out of any race, the one race with the tenacity to keep trying, and the ability to overcome any challenge.

Forest Elf? Or you mean wood elf?
Anyway... wood elf would be AWESOME.
    Wood Elves

    +2 Strength, +2 Dexterity, –2 Intelligence, –2 Constitution.
    Humanoid (Elf)
Medium: As Medium creatures, wood elves have no special bonuses or penalties due to their size.
Wood elf base land speed is 30 feet.
Immunity to magic sleep effects, and a +2 racial saving throw bonus against enchantment spells or effects.
Low-Light Vision: A wood elf can see twice as far as a human in starlight, moonlight, torchlight, and similar conditions of poor illumination. She retains the ability to distinguish color and detail under these conditions.
Weapon Proficiency: Wood elves receive the Martial Weapon Proficiency feats for the longsword, rapier, longbow (including composite longbow), and shortbow (including composite shortbow) as bonus feats.
+2 racial bonus on Listen, Search, and Spot checks. A wood elf who merely passes within 5 feet of a secret or concealed door is entitled to a Search check to notice it as if she were actively looking for it.
Automatic Languages: Common and Elven. Bonus Languages: Draconic, Gnoll, Gnome, Goblin, Orc, and Sylvan.
Favored Class: Ranger. A multiclass wood elf’s ranger class does not count when determining whether she takes an experience point penalty for multiclassing.
    Level Adjustment: +0
    Goat, Sammich, Poultry
