Ok, a few months ago I used my current and up to date Credit card so I know it is active and works. I am from the states but I am currently living in Australia for the time being. My bank and card are both from the states. My brother has been paying and using his card for sometime now to pay for both of us which is and never been an issue. In fact, in July or there abouts I used my card from the states to pay for a month for both of us with no issue. I am thinking since that time DDO/turbine changed thier billing of accounts. Of course my IP and billing do not match as I am very clearly not in the states when I play on the servers. Yet when I tried to change my account to use my card from now on for my DDO account and give my brother a break from paying for it.......I get error 140002. Simply put....my IP does not match my billing. Which is funning as if that is the case why even let me play at all from Australia. I have played DDo for nearly 2 years now and never had an issue playing. Which means I am clearly not some dang plat farmer or the like. I would and respectly ask that my card be used even though I am in Australia. I even talked to my bank from the states and they do confirm the account and card are active and I do have money in it. Your IP checker seems practical but as I have just shown sometimes blocks legit players. I have 3 days left before my account gets bill to my brother and he is not happy you guys are blocking me from changing it. He even under my asking tried it from his end and was not allowed. Something is wrong and I need you to fix it soon. If not, you will lose a long time player of 2 years, and well, I am not paying over priced game cards meant to suck the fun out of gaming....$15 dollars is enough to pay....not 20+.
