Friend recently purchased the game from the online store but has been unable to active it. We can get as far as the registration screen where you type in your user name and password so i assume his key is correct but run into trouble there. We are either unable to progress past that screen despite having all fields filled out correctly or else we are able to get to the next portion where you put in your card information but recieve an error message that turbine failed to update/activate the account.
Our emails to customer service have not been responded to.
Excellent times are ticking away. Please help.
