Default What are the best greensteel weapons for me?

My character, currently level 11 dwarf, is planned as a 12 Ranger-2Monk-2Fighter. I want the best DPS greensteel weapons for this character with what I have set out as other optimal equipment. One of the items needs to have +4 insight bonus to AC.

STR 32 without rages or short term buffs.

    Feats:

Khopesh, Dwarven Axe, OTWF, Dodge, Mobility, Spring Attack, I.C. Slash
I.C. Pierce, Combat Expertise, Power Attack, Toughness
    TWF, ITWF, GTWF

Enhancements: Tempest, Favored damage III (9 damage), Favored Attack II, Dwarven Axe Damage II (if axe taken), dwarven axe attack II (if axe taken).

If anybody can help calculate the numbers, please assume attacking a favored enemy with a hit on 4+ for khopesh or hvy pick, and 2+ for the dwarven axe. Assume power attack on. Do the favored damage and dwarven axe damage get multiplied on a crit? Does it make sense to have one type of weapon in the primary hand vs another in the offhand due to the .5 STR damage? The offhand will likely be the +4 insight AC weapon. AC will make a difference on this build.

    Please help! Thanks.

I would got lightning 2 on your main hand for Holy + shocking burst + shocking blast and Mineral 2 in your off hand for Holy + acid burst + +4 insight bonus.

These two are the best straight up dps in typical play. The lightning 2 wont be amazing against the pit fiend but against most other mobs it will tear it up. The insight bonus is on the mineral weapon because the bonuses to damage from bleeding will balance out the loss of acid blast.

As far as what weapon....I think they are pretty equal if you pick up the axe enhancments. Though seeing as you have kopesh feat already you can save some APs and take something else.

That's part of the issue - Daxe or Khopesh? With Daxe, I would probably drop khopesh feat for improved trip, stunning blow, or two weapon defense. Still don't have an answer for favored enemy damage multiplied.

    Thanks for the input turial.

maybe because lightnaming II are the most FUN weapamon abilimaty in DDO.

In fact, the reasamon kargon stopped playaming kargon monk are because kargon hear that are not likelamally kargon can craft lightnaming II handmawraps any time soon (and if kargon wanted to dual wield kamas, kargon would put them on kargon rangermer or barbarian who alreadamy dual wield).

    Default The numbers...

I am going to try and fill in the numbers, please let me know if I miss something, or if any of my assumptions or calculations are wrong.

    +5 Greensteel Weapon
    STR 32 (+11/+5)
    Power Attack +5/+5
    Favored Enemy Damage +9
    Dwarven Axe Damage +2
    Rams Might +2
    Shock-GoodBurst add 3.5+3.5 = 7 Non-Crit
    Shock-GoodBurst add 3.5+3.5+(3.5*4) = 21 On-Crit

    Sh-GB on H.Pick add 3.5+3.5 = 7 Non-Crit
    Sh-GB on H.Pick add 3.5+3.5 +(3.5*5) = 24.5 On-Crit

Dwarven Axe Non-Crit Main Hand / Offhand
    2D8 (9) + 5 weapon + 11 STR + 5 PA + 9 FE + 2 D.Axe + 2 Rams + 7 = 50
    2D8 (9) + 5 weapon + 5 STR + 5 PA + 9 FE + 2 D.Axe + 2 Rams + 7 = 44

    with Crit

    (2D8 (9) + 5 weapon + 11 STR + 5 PA + 9 FE + 2 D.Axe + 2 Rams) x3 + 21 = 150
    (2D8 (9) + 5 weapon + 5 STR + 5 PA + 9 FE + 2 D.Axe + 2 Rams) + 21 = 132
Khopesh Non-Crit Main Hand / Offhand
    1D10 (5.5) + 5 weapon + 11 STR + 5 PA + 9 FE + 2 Rams + 7 = 44.5
    1D10 (5.5) + 5 weapon + 5 STR + 5 PA + 9 FE + 2 Rams + 7 = 38.5

    with Crit

    (1D10 (5.5) + 5 weapon + 11 STR + 5 PA + 9 FE + 2 Rams) x3 + 21 = 133.5
    (1D10 (5.5) + 5 weapon + 5 STR + 5 PA + 9 FE + 2 Rams) x3 + 21 = 115.5
Heavy Pick Non-Crit Main Hand / Offhand
    1D8 (4.5) + 5 weapon + 11 STR + 5 PA + 9 FE + 2 Rams + 7 = 43.5
    1D8 (4.5) + 5 weapon + 5 STR + 5 PA + 9 FE + 2 Rams + 7 = 37.5

    with Crit

    (1D8 (4.5) + 5 weapon + 11 STR + 5 PA + 9 FE + 2 Rams) x4 + 24.5 = 170.5
    (1D8 (4.5) + 5 weapon + 5 STR + 5 PA + 9 FE + 2 Rams) x4 + 24.5 = 146.5
    Averages:
    D.Axe

    Hit on 2+, 20 swings (0+17x50+2x150) = 1150 Main Hand
    Hit on 2+, 20 swings (0+17x44+2x132) = 1012 Off Hand

    Khopesh

    Hit on 2+, 20 swings (0+15x44.5+4x133.5) = 1201.5 Main Hand
    Hit on 2+, 20 swings (0+15x38.5+4x115.5) = 1039.5 Off Hand
    Hit on 4+, 20 swings (0+13x44.5+4x133.5) = 1112.5 Main Hand
    Hit on 4+, 20 swings (0+13x38.5+4x115.5) = 962.5 Off Hand

    Hvy Pick

    Hit on 2+, 20 swings (0+17x43.5+2x170.5) = 1080.5 Main Hand
    Hit on 2+, 20 swings (0+17x37.5+2x146.5) = 930.5 Off Hand
    Hit on 4+, 20 swings (0+15x43.5+2x170.5) = 993.5 Main Hand
    Hit on 4+, 20 swings (0+15x37.5+2x146.5) = 855.5 Off Hand
Conclusions: Khopesh edges out dwarven axe when hits are made on a 2+. Dwarven axe edges out khopesh if automatic hits (other than a 1) are not assumed, due to enhancements. Adding Good Blast will add favor to the khopesh due to the expanded crit range. Against enemies with fortification, the dwarven axe is best due to its higher non-crit damage. Heavy Picks are for the Barbs.

The numbers are very close. I will probably go with dwarven axes and will consider dropping khopesh proficiency for stunning blow or improved trip. Any other feat suggestions?
