    Default Game: Digital DL issue.

    First, I would like to say that I'm unimpressed to say the least about how Turbine handles it's Digital DL. It only takes a few minutes to make things much simpler for folks trying to pay for your services. I almost gave up on trying to get back into this game, that's not a way to welcome newcomers to the game.

    Ok, /rant off

    So, I went through the process of purchasing the game through Turbine's site for $19.99. It took me to a mostly blank screen that said I would be notified shortly...but gave no intuitive sense that the transaction actually took place.

    So I waited, and waited, and waited...hours.

    Nothing, so I tried to purchase it again, thinking something went wrong. Same thing. So I waited... Well, during this time I went through all the 'self-help' info I could find and did not find anything to help. I seen the Online chat for assistance, but it had just gone offline. There was a phone number listed, and while there was still time before they closed, the number was "invalid". (Seriously, folks buy games and need help on the weekends, it can't be that bad to offer some support on the weekend) So I was at the point of saying 'screw the game, if that's how they treat their customers!'

    I remember now, that it was poor customer service why I quit the game a long time ago. I had lost most of my money because of an interface issue, and the support I got in-game was basically to 'go pound sand'. I canceled my sub that very hour. Please forward this to customer relations, this is your business and I'm trying to point out some customer issues with it.

    WHAT I NEED HELP WITH:
    A few hours later, I finally got confirmation for 2 game purchases. I only want one. How do I resolve this and get my card credited for the second? Can you please point me to a place so I don't have to scroll though the boards/"help" section again?
