    Default Reactivation of account

    I'm having some problems reactivating my account. It tells me to log into myaccount on turbine, and when I do, there is no reactivate/activate button for me to click on. And I go to the knowledge and it says to do the same thing. When I get the downloader/game console, it has the reactivate button, but then it takes me back to the myaccount/turbine website and I'm already logged in but there is no reactivate/activate button. The only options I have on that screen is to enter a product key or edit my nickname. So, would appreciate some help.

    Please contact Account Management directly as it appears there may be something they need to investigate on your account.

    You can find their contact options at, click on the DDO Icon, then click on Account Management.

    Having the same issue. Seems like they need to think about what their doing a bit more. A link to a link that leads u back to the first link that tells u to start it all over again...... Can someone say pull your head out of your ass. And how does one get help for these issues on the weekend? seems ill just load up something else and play it. if the tec support is this bad that u cant even reactivate/activate an account, I'd hate to see an in game issue play out...
