My account status at myaccount.turbine.com( if the URL is incorrect, I apologize, I assume you are all familier with what I'm talking about anyway. ) shows my account as "suspended". I played a while back, subscribed in 07/10/06. Anyway, stopped playing it after a bit and come back to it now. There is no little button that says "Update Subsription" or anything of the like. It says that one or more of my accounts has been suspended due to lack of payments and tells me to update my billing information. I've done this now, 10 times litterally atleast with 3 different cards. However, the status never changes and it always tells me my account billing information has been successfully updated. I've watched all the tutorials and read the forum posts I could find and no help is availible. I just called the account customer service during their hours, but I got a message saying that all their agents were out and to call back at business hours ( 12:27 here, PST, Tuesday ). I have no idea what to do because after reading all these posts, I find that half the people don't even trust Turbine, or that they have messed up in some way in like 3/4s of every encounter. I'm afraid to update my billing information because they might be stockpiling without telling me and charging me insane amounts of money when it finally works itself out, so *** do I do? And yes, I did purchase the game digitally a long time ago... So if ya have any information or tips, I'd be much appreciated. Thank you.
