    Default Warforged Ranger??

    Has anyone tried a Warforged Ranger yet?

    And if so how did you go?

    yup, wilderness, WF ranger, focuses on bows but took the weapon feinesse feat for meleeing ability. He's coming along nicly, i rather enjoy playing him.

    I think his stats are:

    str 12 + 4 (item) = 16
    dex 18 + 3 (lvls) + 3 (enh) + 4 (item) = 28 +2 (tome) + 2 (+6 item) = 32
    con 10 + 4 (itm) + 2 (enh) = 16
    int 8
    wis 12 + 2 (item) = 14
    cha 6

    feats:
    1- point blank shot
    3- weapon fienesse
    6- precision
    9- imp. crit: ranged
    12- havn't decided yet

    no need for a body feat for AC as my dex will be a minimal 28 (higher if i get tome/+5or+6 item). mithral plating would only increse my AC by 1(no effect if i get dex to 30). Also nice for AC is how i can still wear armor with docents, so i tend to have higher AC then my robe wearing counterparts.

    edit: level 6 feat was precision, not weapon focus. Better to have +4 attacks for thoose special bows, like giant's roar and hopfully later paralyzers.

    Currently my build is a 11 ranger / 2 pally / 1 fighter. He is a STR based TWF. STATS Will be:
    28 STR with +6 item + 2 tome.
    20 DEX but with a +2 DEX tome will be 22.
    22 CON with +6 con item + 2 tome.
    8 Int didn't touch this
    20 WIS with +6 wis item + 1 tome
    22 CHA with +6 cha item + 2 tome.

    Now I have a lot of the items that make this build. It isn't a great PvP'er or anything but in quests. I do very well. I have a can get around a 25 or 26 UMD (skill focus + GH + item).

    AC:
    37 TWF
    44 with +5 Hvy Mith Shield
    45 with +5 Tower Mith Shield

    Saves:
    Fort 30
    Ref 29
    Will 22 but with WF enhancement is 25
    (This is with Kardin's Eye + GH)

    HP
    about 250

    LOH atm is 60 with a 20 CHA will be a little higher when I eat the +2 cha tome.

    So yeah....this is my build.

    My wife has a WF Ranger.

    Current stats:
    STR 19 (16 base +1 tome +2 item)
    DEX 31 (18 base +3 level +2 tome +3 enhancement +5 item)
    CON 14
    INT 8
    WIS 14 (8 base +1 tome +5 item)
    CHA 7 (6 base +1 tome - she had 5 on this character alone, so she ate one)

    Feats (not entirely sure of the order):
    Improved Critical: Ranged
    Improved Critical: Piercing
    Power Attack
    Weapon Finesse
    Weapon Focus: Ranged

    I have a WF Ranger and he's a blast to play.

    Can't remember his stats other than a 32 dex and a 6 cha.

    13 ranger/1 wiz probably end up being 15 ranger/5 wiz

    Default A strong build...

    I have a WF ranger, named Greys (12Ranger/1Rogue at the moment), who is an off tanking, self-sufficient, moderate STR/high DEX greater two weapon fighting machine. He can range better than most AND has 31UMD (for stoneskin/displacement/raise dead/repair wands). This character also has full Rogue skills+evasion.

    I'll get Armor Mastery 1 so I can ditch Daggertooth, get +2 Str from Fighter Enhancements and some extra hps from Toughness and Fighter Toughness Enhancement. I'll also pickup +5 AC from CE for when needed.

    PS: Here's UMD Break Down for ppl wondering how I was going to put Chaosguards on.

    Base 8.5
    Cha +1 (Swap in +6 Cha item or +1 Tome and +5 Cha Item)
    GH +4
    Item +5 (Stave of the Seer or Titan Gloves)
    Com. +2 (Command Docent they easy to find)
    Boost +5 (Rng Skill Boost)
    Total 25.5 really u don't Even need the Boost (but can be subbed if you only using delera's necklace)

    Or get a +2 Cha Tome and Dragon Ring which is +4 Cha & Command and save youself trouble of putting on one item less while gear swaping. Also help u use Pure Good Weapons a bit easier of the fly without having to Boost
