Default spell penetration in both hands?

I have a light mace of spell penetration V, and a quarterstaff of spell penetration IV, do these two weapons stack or am i wasting a hand?

Items don't stack with each other. The only exception is a dodge AC bonus like choasguarde and a chattering ring stacking.

Nah think about it. Who could think about dodging attacks when you have 2 rings chattering all the time. I bet they would argue alot.

Not really, the way dodge AC is defined it states: dodge bonuses from different sources stack. If you have 2 chattering rings, that's considered the "same" source.
