Cosmetics are fun. But they in no way enhance MY gaming experience. My point about them is, they replaced USEFUL items we got in top tier expansion packages....

While your statement has merit, there are a myriad of reasons why this happens, not too mention since SSG took over, they operate in an open platform studio iirc, and that *loss* of resources...
