Actually, it's (probably) not. It's 9% only if your build includes no doubleshot bonus, and so starts at 100 - which isn't a Ranger. +9% is still a nice bonus, and worthwhile, but it's not a full 9%...

Because they don't stop making quests just because the last favor rank is rewarded, and they don't give a reward just because they make a few more quests.

There is no "R4-6" build - that is all gear and experience. With the right gear, any well-built Fire* or Elec sorcie can do the job.

(* If you have Tiefling, Fire Sorc is the way to go, hands...

"Half"?! Maybe into Epics - maybe - but leveling you can easily go 18/X and be 90% as strong, maybe more, and that's ample for Elite. Locks are one of the few casters that do not have to rely on...

What bug are you referring to?

I completed it twice in the last 2 weeks, so I'm guessing it's not so much something that prevents it as something that might prevent it if players do unexpected X,...

Do you have a firewall up, or something that prevents "pop ups"? Maybe some settings on that? :confused:
