Great idea. +4 at 2500 and +6 at 5000 is actually very useful to every classes. A first life fighter could take +4 con at 2500 and +6 str at 5000. Casters would be +6 int/wis/cha instead.

OP is charisma based so fatesinger. If you really want evasion then SD is a very good choice as mentioned above but to me CHA=Fatesinger.
