Minor caveat: DDO Audit will take a while to come back online after downtime (e.g. Wednesday morning restarts). YourDDO can be used to check server online/offline status.

They should consider a name purge. I personally don't believe that someone who hasn't logged in within the last decade has any right to their character's name anymore.
