Well it's letting us grab the software updates, so at least we can get a head start on returning to the game. Still 30 minutes til one should start to expect to see the login server though.
Just easier to complain about the servers being down during their scheduled time than actually noticing that the scheduled time for the game to be accessible is not for another 30 minutes.

I have submitted around 6 tickets in total about being stuck in bugged quests and I have never gotten help. What usually happens is that I wait inside the quest for 30 minutes, then give up and redo the quest quick. GM contacts me roughly 45 minutes after I submitted the ticket.
The same thing happened yesterday. We were in the Tomb of the Shadow King and the mummy boss became unkillable right after he came out of his sarcophacus. Nothing could damage him. We submitted a ticket and waited 40 minutes after which we just re-ran the quest and started the next one (shadow lord i think). 1 hour after posting the ticket we got a reply from the GM. He was kind enough to complete the next quest for us though so at least that was useful.
However, my lesson from all this is that it's twice as fast to re-run the bugged out quest then to contact GM-s. At least on Ghallanda.

It is easier to accept a longer deadline then to hear about another tedious extension to already promised deadline. What do they teach you over there in managment classes?

I don't have a lot of time to play and wasting 1 hour of that to wait for a GM is a bit too much. I am sure you can agree with this.
