Healing amp and paladin past life math help
So I'm looking at the pally past life feat and I'm trying to figure out how it works in. Enhancement bonuses seem to add to your base. So a human with monk and human hamp sits at 1.5 base, adding in 30 hamp from say pdk gloves makes the formula
1.5*1.3 so that you sit at 1.95 or 195% from my understanding. So does the pally past life equal that going to say 1.55*1.3 or does it make it 1.5*1.3*1.05 which is the difference between 2.015 and 2.0475. If I made any other mistakes in my math on it please let me know.

Total heal amp = racial amp * class amp * item amp * misc (any other misc bonus is multiplied again, except fleshmakers bonus which is added). Alos the racial bonus should be 1.0 if no HAMP is available or if is add 1.0 to the actual bonus.

Also should clarify that pally PL is considered a misc bonus, not a racial or class bonus.

ok so human with monk a 1.3 item and a pally pl would be

1*1.3*1.2*1.3*1.05
for
2.1294
or 213% then?

Actually, human and monk work like 1.1 for each ranks, so it would be:

1.1^3 * 1.1^2 * 1.3 * 1.05 = 2.198

You should also count 1.1 from easy ship buff, for a total of 2.418.

Not very different, but that's just for precision.
Note that you can get up to 3 HA ranks with 11 monk levels. You could also get more from items: at least a 1.2 in addition to your 1.3 (from PDK gloves I suppose), either on your bracers (typically 20% HA of sup. parrying), on a ToD ring or on a DT armor. In fire stance and with Jidz Tet'ka bracers (epic or not), you may get 1.25.
With 11 monk levels, PDK gloves, JT, and a DT with 1.2 and 1.1 sloted in, you may rise up to:
1.1^3 * 1.1^3 * 1.3 * 1.25 * 1.2 * 1.1 * 1.05 * 1.1 = 3.99

correct, and exactly what my monk is at ;)

edit: actually i think my monk doesn't have the last 6 ap costing enhancement, so little lower :)

The build I'm slowly planning would only be 9 monk with druid and fighter. Played it on a first lifer to see a few things with how it'd work out before going for it with a tr and I like it. The tr I'm thinking of has a monk and two pally past lives already and would be perfect for it.

The one question I still have is would 2 pally past lives be *1.1 or 1.05^2?

OK so human will be for 3 ranks

1.331 (1.1 x 1.1 x 1.1 = 1.331)

2 ranks of monk (2nd granted at lvl 7)

1.21 (1.1 x 1.1 = 1.21)

Items will be

1.716 (1.3 x 1.2 x 1.1 = 1.716)

Pally PL will be

1.158 (1.05 x 1.05 x 1.05= 1.158 rounded)

So your math for HAMP with this would be as follows:

1.331 x 1.21 x 1.716 x 1.1558 = 3.20 or 320% rounded
