Can't buy Turbine Points
Good morning. I'm trying to buy 15,750 turbine points using the same credit card I used to buy the expansion (1 week ago) with no success. I put the same cc info in the game and it just doesn't work.
I tried with another credit card with no success too.
I'm sad because in 4 days the Double Points are gone and I don't want to lose it.
I sent a ticket but it seems turbine doesn't like money.
Tried with my actual zip code, tried with four 0, with six 0, with one 0.
Tried splitting the address. Tried like 40 times with no success (on both credit cards)
Tried on myaccounturbine website. Tried ingame. Called my bank and there is fund there and there is no issue with my credit card, also the bank didn't receive a "buying" attempt, so there is no problem with the bank and my 2 credit cards. And yes I goggled and read the FAQ regarding credit card issues. The only thing I haven't tried is to throw my mom against a truck, so, please help! (poor mom, she is miles away from me)

Now I just bought Starter Pack (low price, just to check) and I was able to buy it, I bought it. Using the same info I'm trying to buy turbine points with no success (now tried using unknown state) and still no result.
I could buy turbine points on the website? Yes, but then I won't gain double points and that's the reason I'm buying it. Please help
Old Issue, Call Turbine
This is basically the exact same issue that I had about 3 months ago and here's the kicker. Every one of the attempted purchases from the DDO store showed up on my credit card statement a couple weeks later and I came unglued....then I called Turbine and described exactly what happened and they credited the charges back to my account within a couple days.

Thanks, I'll try this, but now my problem is I bought Starter Pack for testing my credit card on DDO Market (it worked), but myaccountturbine.com won't let me activate it because it says my account already has it.
I DON'T have access to catacombs and I didnt get my 250 turbine points. What now?
Just because I'm premium I CAN'T buy catacombs from the website? I don't have catacombs.
I threw 10 bucks away?

Thanks Cordovan, I already called the support and the girl solved my problem. My address was just too long for 2 lines. more than 60 characters. I got my turbine points and Im happy now =)
