Who do I contact for a Refund or Replacement?
Logged into each character today to give them their birthday present. I wasn't aware of the outfit bug till hours later after lunch. Lost several, only care about one. I put a Black Spiral Cosmetic Armor Kit on a Deathblock of Heavy Fortification Outfit. The oufit with armor kit was summarily deleted from my Rogue's character bank. So will our items be returned? If not who can we call/contact? I would like to be refunded the points for the Black Spiral cosmetic armor kit if there isn't going to be a fix that replaces the item that was lost with its armor kit intact. I understand that any fix may take time but you should know whether or not its possible to return the lost items at all, and if its possible to return them with any kits applied. If not please tell me who i should contact for refund.
