Searching for that special gift? Is there a guildmate or friend that you want to help out in a time of financial need? Give the gift of game time!

The Turbine Account Management Team has had numerous inquiries regarding the proper way to pay for a friend’s account. Here’s how to pay for your buddy's game subscription the Turbine way!

The easiest and most convenient way is to give a game card which can be purchased at most retail stores wherever computer games are sold. A digital game code can also be purchased online from our partner, Pay by Cash. At www.paybycash.com/ddo/ (http://www.paybycash.com/ddo/) you can purchase a digital code which you can email to your friend for 60 days of access.

If you would rather use your credit card to pay, please see the following article for information: http://turbine.fuzeqna.com/ddo.support/consumer/kbdetail.asp?kbid=1552

The account management team will be happy to assist you with a One-Time-Payment. One-Time-Payments allow you to pay for a family member, friend, or guildmate’s game subscription without changing the ownership of the account. To make an OTP all you need is your friend’s username. Then all you have to do is call us and you can pay for any amount of time you would like! It’s that simple. At your request, our representatives will also send a personalized email to your buddy letting them know about your gift.

*Please note: Paying for another players account by any means other than the above methods could be a violation of the Terms of Service.

Thank you and Happy Gaming!
