the Mac client seems to encounter problems on weekend/high traffic times freezing and not reloading after quitting the app; it usually starts working after several dozen attempts, but now it's been 3 hours or more; months ago i submitted a ticket to be met with the suggestion that i use a link to this Mac [support group] forum; now i've received no response to 3 other unusual problems for over 2.5 weeks; curious if anyone out there has any insight to the error that support seems not to be able to interpret?

The crash report shows that the game died while rendering audio data to whatever speaker system you are using. What are you using for sound? There are some indications that Bluetooth is involved.

The second problem is that for whatever reason, the client app is sticky in the Dock in Mojave. It’s not even supposed to show up in the Dock, but it does, and it stays there after you quit (or crash). You can’t play the game by running the client directly. You have to start from the main app, AKA the launcher in the Applications folder. Clicking on the client from the Dock will get you that message you saw every time. Use the DDO launcher in the Applications folder.
