-----THINGS I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHICH IS WHY THEY'RE AT THE TOP (SCREENSHOTS/LINKS REQUIRED)-----

Does +4 Insightful DC item exist for Necromancy, Transmutation, or Illusion? What about Assassinate DC?

Do +8 Insightful stat items actually exist? I heard they do, but I have never seen one.

How do AC percentage multipliers work (e.g. combat expertise)? How do they stack? How do they work if they only work on Armor AC or shield AC?

How do robes work? Why does this (http://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Outfit_of_the_Celestial_Guardian) get +20 but this (http://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Outfit_of_the_Celestial_Avenger) get +18? Is it an Armor bonus not listed on the sheet? Is it counting the Insight bonus? Would it stack with other Armor bonuses, like Mage Armor?

Does Epic Mage Armor qualify as "Mage Armor" for the purposes of Eldritch Knight tier1?

---Introduction---

This guide aims to provide the maximum at any level for any useful statistic. It aims to serve as a reference guide for anyone who wishes to max out anything at any level for any reason (most likely: high skull reaper runs. Those are fun to do at any level. Do them!)

This guide is a WIP and probably always will be. You can help by breaking down a useful stat or by double-checking my work or the work of anyone else. For people doing this I suggest you stick with pure classes as including the wide variety of multi-classes will make this very confusing very quickly. I would suggest breaking down everything that any class can use (an item, a past life, etc.) and then noting what class gets what. I also suggest you add a "checklist" for feats and items someone would need to achieve the given maximum. You can also include other information you think is relevant (e.g. temporary bursts. Do not include 20% crit damage from Wellspring of Power in a breakdown of Spell Crit chance, but do mention it.)

Feel free to use previous work. For example, in my Spell DCs for all caster classes, I broke down the bonuses that all stats get at each level. No need to figure that out again.

I do not include things like Tea, House D pots, Abishai Cookies, etc.

It is not totally comprehensive, I can't go scrounging around for the odd named item that gives a slightly higher bonus than a Cannith Crafted item at a certain level (but if you can tell me about one, I'll add it.)

---How to use this guide---

Note the maximum for what you want. Note what you don't have. Decide if you want to obtain the items/feats/etc. required to get closer to the maximum.

Spreadsheet with all breakdowns available here (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1JKJKo9wcQhvD1k9z1SBtD81Nj0GGt0kWfxHfiDQfbBo/edit?usp=sharing). Simply go to the tab of the class you are interested in. It is not possible to get maximum DC in every school at once.

Checklist:

Stat:
Tome, level ups, correct race
Enhancement (Cannith Crafted until lvl28, then Slavelord item)
Insight (Cannith Crafted / lootgen)
Quality (heroic slavelords, some named items, certain named items starting at lvl28 or Slavelords for +4)
Exceptional (augment starting at lvl20, Globe of True Imperial Blood, certain items for lvl18 and 19)
Profane (Executioner's Docent/Plate at lvl8, Litany of the Dead at 14, Epic Litany at 28)
Artifact (Heroic and Legendary Slavelord Sorcery set)

Guild (ship buffs)
Yugo (Yugoloth Favor)
Stacking (Remnant turn-in potion)
Completionist (feat)

Festive Augement (INT, WIS only) (Night Revels, buy from other players)
Alchemical (WIS only) (Alchemical / House C raid crafting)

DC:
Equipment (Cannith Crafting, named items)
Insight (Cannith Crafting, named items)
Enhancement (Yellow augment, from The Twelve (+1) or Gianthold (+2))
Quality (Heoric or Legendary Spinneret, Mutilator of Minds, other named items)
Profane (Thunderforged Armor)
Artifact (Heroic and Legendary Slavelord Sorcery set)
Guild (ship buffs)
Scion feat

Cleric, Sorcer past lives (passive.) Wizard past life (purchased.) Deep Gnome past life (Illusion only.) Bard past live (purchased, enchantment only.)
[Spell School] Focus (normal, greater, and epic.)
Heighten
Embolden Spell (does not apply to all spells (Greater Shout, Burst of Glacial Wrath are two of them.))
Magister Tier 2. Draconic Tier 2 (evoc/conj only)

Everything else is in your class' tree.

Boosts:

For WIS/CHA casters, Exalted Angel's Ascendance ability gives an unlisted +2 to WIS and CHA, for +1 to DC's. Ascendance lasts two minutes and has a five minute cooldown, a respectable 40% uptime.

Arcane Insight gives +6 to DC's for 30 seconds. Three minute cooldown.

Magister can boost DC's by +5 for 20 seconds, but this only applies to INT casters. Five minute cooldown.

For Warlocks, the first core in Tainted Scholar gives +2 DC's for 20 seconds. One minute cooldown.

Debuffing a mob can be used as a proxy boost. Spells like Crushing Despair, Solid Fog, Waves of Exhaustion, etc. all have good applications.

Bards can potentially give you Spellsong Trance and Inspire Excellence, which gives +1 to all DCs each.

---Assassinate DC---

---Armor Class (WIP)---

NOTE INCOMPLETE: unless I'm doing math wrong, this breakdown is not complete (at max level) as I cannot get the 402 from this build (https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/476148-The-Elven-Steel-Maiden-(-AC-Fighter-)) using the listed bonuses. Assuming it's AC*1.1*1.1 (combat expertise, EK Mage Armor) I'm about 21 points of AC short (at 377, without multipliers 311.)

There's also some confusion with robes.

Anyway, breakdown is available here (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1aKHTcvjmIotxelcrJU864yuidjZTJTXwslxwcCV9tjQ/edit?usp=sharing). There's probably a couple dozen tiny bonuses that no one can fit into their gear floating around (e.g. Profane from Abishai set,) not listing them all.

Checklist:

Natural Armor (Cannith, Hardened Hide Helm)
Insightful Natural Armor (Epic Lion's Mane)
Deflection (Cannith, Slave Master Cloak)
Insight (Cannith Parrying item)
Ship buff

Armor (see Wiki for best per level (http://ddowiki.com/page/Category:Heavy_armor))
Shield (see Wiki for best per level (http://ddowiki.com/page/Category:Large_shields))

9x Martial Past Lives
Bulwark of Defense Epic Feat
Combat Expertise
Destiny Twists (available in Flower and Shadow, also in Primal if you're TWF.)

Tenser's Transformation

Don't forget your DEX bonus!

Multipliers:

Combat Expertise: 10%
Eldritch Knight Tier 1: 10%
Earth Stance: 5/10/15/20%
Dwarf Enhancement: 15% (shield only)
Fighter, Paladin: 15% (shield only)
Fighter, Paladin: 50% (shield and armor, both classes stack with each other)
Sentinel: 50% (shield only)

Added AC. Very incomplete. Would like some help with it. See question at top. Go over spreadsheet to see what I missed.
