Now it's only really possible to single pull a target enemy from a group via bluff for making tactical approaches instead of the standard "CHAAARRRGGE!" approach, I'd like to suggest adding a new, long range single-target illusion spell that causes a bluff check with the DC based on the spellcraft skill - essentially, let's add the old ventriloquism spell to ddo :) You could even add magic mouth too, as essentially a spell version of the noisemaker trap, to draw enemies to a specific location to allow you to bypass them, or drop a follow-up AoE.

Why spellpower? And what spellpower?

Seems like it would be more logical to have it use your enchantment or illusion DC, targeting will saves.

whoops, meant spellcraft, have amended :)

and while the illusion/enchantment DC would be more logical, it means in top-end stuf it'd not scale well at all.. this way it's basically the same as those rogue traps that mimic spells, but approached from the other side, as it were. There's already precedent for skill being applied, too, see the druid spell-based animal form attacks.
