I'm trying to get the game loaded up and running. I am having troubles when I load it up and it sticks at the point where it is Installing Pre-Reqs. If anyone has any suggestions to where I have went wrong I would appreciate it. ;)

Going by the date and time of your post, you were attempting to connect during the downtime on Saturday morning. Give it another try. Hopefully it will work.
