Now that mortal fear has been nerfed, this raid is in very low demand, so it is most often run with very small groups. Which can cause the phylactery part at the end to take an incredibly long time.

Some sort of cap on the maximum amount of attempts required to get the correct phylactery would be welcome. Some runs can take hours if luck is not on your side and you don't have the resources to put a person in every room.

Eliminating one or two of the mirror puzzles would be great too but I'm not holding my breath on that one.

perhaps add an option to eliminate false phylactery rooms by doing all 4 puzzles going up instead of just picking 1 of the 2 available choices at each stage.
brings it from a 1 in 6 to a 50/50..

Rework MF so it includes a Sovereign Vorpal effect when MF doesn't apply.
