Ok so the main though here is new ranger update and and elemental arrows with + Spellpower synergy.
So, pure class Sorcerer, Elf ( as topic states )
Feats :
3.Empower ( we start as a sorc, AA need 14 ap in Elf tree so... no bow until midgame )
6.Point blank ( thats the point we would start to use bows )
9.Rapid shot ( or thats that point :P )
12, 15 and 18 are Quicken / Heighten and Many shot, for ur preference what lvl u will pick what feat.

Enchancements are.
14 Elf / 22 AA / 41 ( some free points? ) Savant ( any savant, just the one mimicking ur elemental arrows choose )

So the general idea is having a well viable sorc with bow as a support.
Plus, the thing is, AA tree gives more Spellpower ( and extra spellpoints from Soul magic ) than other savant tree.
not to mention situationary and support skills like dispelling arrow and so on.
So its basically an ordinary sorc with 3 spell feats sacrificed for Bow feats and Enchancements from other / supports savant into Elf racial tree and AA ( better for Spellpower and utility / worst for alternative spells )

The downside is low Sorc BAB, but since we have acces to tenser, this clears that problem.

So , stats are, 17 dex / 18 Cha and all lvlups to Cha.

What do u thing guys?

You are going for Tight AP, Feats and Attributes aren't you.

In theory you only need a 19 Charisma to cast level 9 spells, but doing that means your spells DCs will be very low and you will need to get your biggest bang from Non-Saving spells.

The Dexterity to qualify for Multishot appears to be taken care of, but Charisma and Dexterity so pumped up it leaves little for Constitution and Strength - these can be a weakness you need to keep in mind.

I think this is very ambitious. I'm not sure if the Spell Power of the Element will be enough but it does look like a fun twist.

Assuming that one have +3 dex tome u can start with just 14 dex and be perfectly fine.
That leaves more points for con and int.
Str is out of the question because lacking of Bow strength.

Basically its an ordinary sorc without Evocation / Penetration / and shield mastery feats
So dont look at him as like on a bowuser.
He is 95% spellcaster with bow as literally, support.
If AA enchancements would not provide ( well, they provide 25 Universal SP ) any universal spellpower or soul magic buff, i would think about that splash as obsolete, because Bow split would sacrifice too much spellpower u could get from other savant tree.

I am also thinking about changing race to Half Elf, but dont own one so have a little place for theorycrafting^^ That would open some new propabilities i think tho

This would work better on a pure wiz w/Harper, IMO: 5 free feats, INT is both DC and dmg stat. 41 APs AA, 14 APs elf or HE, 12 APs Harper, 13 APs Evo AM for Missile SLAs - you've got yourself a novelty Shiradi build.

Note I said "better," I didn't say "good." :p

Yes, i get your point, still I am looking for a caster, not an archer:P, bow is only a support and 41 points in AA isnt thing here. So i picked up sorc for intense dmg and spellpower ( savant tree )

I've seen caster builds which take AA just for Soul Magic; I think 14 + 11 APs is too expensive for some Spellpower and temp SPs.

Basically you're sacrificing your second Savant tree for some subpar archery bonuses. I don't think it's a good tradeoff, esp. when you consider the feat investment, but good luck all the same.
