Good evening!

As part of update 29, we're making changes to the the Traveler's Terrific Trunk to improve two of the potions included in it. While this change will retroactively upgrade existing/unopened trunks on patch day, we will be contacting DDO Store customers tonight who previously purchased the trunk during its fall debut release in order to provide replacement potions. The two potions that are being upgraded are:

Formerly: 5x Superior Experience Boost Potions
Now: 5x Sovereign I Experience Boost Potions

Formerly: 5x Greater Slayer Boost Potions
Now: 5x Major Slayer Boost Potions

If you purchased a Traveler's Terrific Trunk previously, you will receive an email from our eCommerce team containing a code for replacement potions (if you still have the old potions, you do not need to return them). Note that if you purchased a large number of trunks, we have divided the stacks into multiple codes for easier delivery into your inventory.

IMPORTANT: If you receive a coupon(s) in your email from us, do not share the coupon with others as these coupons are unable to be used on multiple accounts.

Just want to say it's great you are doing for people that already purchased instead of just changing the box for future purchases.

I *just* updated my email address at https://myaccount.turbine.com/home.php

My old email address is no longer valid, and I don't know if it's too late to switch my email (or if that account email is even the correct one for DDO Store issues).

If I don't receive the upgrade code for replacement potions, how should I proceed?

I have two ddo accounts and have purchased "Traveler’s Terrific Trunk" on both, i have only received one code so i can upgrade only one Trunk, how can i proceed on my second account ?

If you didn't get an email for your alternate account please be sure to contact the support team. We tried to be pretty thorough but I did have around 12 people whose emails bounced and we didn't have an alternate contact method (and we weren't sure which character would be the most likely to see an in-game mail if we went that route).
