It is nerve racking in the extreme passing raid loot to someone.
I've seen it more than once where the loot was passed to the wrong person by accident and the person already left and cannot get it to the correct one.
Please provide a confirmation when raid loot is passed to someone.

That's not a terrible idea.

Confirmation for passing raid loot wouldn't be that much of a help imo. It would be too easy to get in the habit of just clicking yes.

What would really help is confirmation for passing loot to someone who is not in the adventure, as nearly every instance of it popping up would be one where you want to cancel. To be thorough, have it also come up for someone who is more than a certain distance from the chest (for when someone's leaving by ddoor and the entrance) or is finishing out.

Alternatively, make loot that is designated for someone who is not currently in the adventure become lootable by anyone.

yeah, this has been proposed before. Still a good idea.

or just ask that no one leave the raid until all loot is passed and accepted.

It is frustrating,
Would like to see a mechanic that as people drop group anything they left in the chest gets shifted to the person currently holding the star, or randomly redistributed to those that are left.
Then no matter what happens all the person has to do is drop party and the left over loot becomes accessible by those that are left.
