Hello. Its a nice build. A few things that got me thinking tho:

1. Do u realize that the feat oversized two weapon fighting reduces attack bonus by 2 in both hands? Making it pretty useless especially at higher levels with attack bonuses of at least 70.

2. With 18 starting con, a +5 tome and (regular) toughness u are able to take epic toughness?

3. Also, do u realize that if you look at the crit profile, a scimitar basicly has the same effect: khopesh: 17-20 x 300% = 60 more damage from crits. Scimitar: 15-20 x 200% = 60%. This allows for higher reflex saves/another dump stat :-). Dps will be lower however. Tier 1 thunderforged has 4 W dice giving the scimitar 4 less damage on a non-crit. (0-2 × 4). Something to consider.

4. Ur race, half orc doesnt seem to give u a lot of benefits compared to human for example the heal amp, and the damage boost which can be used simultaneously with class haste boost. Which will increase eachothers effectiveness which gives 1.3 × 1.3 = 1.69 for an added 9% dps due to combining them.

5. U are not planning on quicken, basicly on ee ur heals will autofail when u get hit, which quicken prevents, also the double casting speed is pretty handy for emergencies and on cocoon it does not add its sp cost.

6. Have u considered multiclassing? 3 pally would give u 25 prr+mrr for 6 AP. 1d4 light damage scaled by melee power on hit for 1 AP, and ur cha mod to all saves which is generally +8-11 at lvl 28. Since the tempest 4th core is an enhancement bonus, not stacking with gear, and 25% off hand DS is a lot but only comes down to 12.5% less dps, which should be around 12 damage, the 1d4 light damage will be 1-6 with melee power and on both hands it will be 2-12 damage... then u also get to add another class since ur already losing the capstone.

7. Ur not taking one of the sweet sweet feats that can only be taken at lvl 27, like epic will or blinding speed (tho that last one is not so great anymore with the new epic necro gear) epic will is pretty sweet since a 5% chance to fail a will save can turn into an unpleasant death.

Im not criticizing ur build im simply suggesting alternatives. Btw im basing this on a build a friend of mine has not on my own. He can solo all of ee wheloon and stormhorns. Prr, high saves and strong quickened cures are essential to his rapeness (cocoon does not suffice).

Good luck ^.^

This is kinda wasteful.

Start with STR 18 and CON 16 and put two level-ups in CON instead. This will net you 2 more build points.

That's just wrong Khopesh > Scimitar because of the crit profile not the 1d8 vs 1d6 that is just gravy. Lets look at an example assume you do 100 damage per hit base. Khopesh crits for 300 damage 20% of the time Scimitar crits for 200 damage 30% of the time. So

Khopesh
100 * 0.8 + 300 * 0.2 = 80 + 60 = 140 Avg Damage

Scimitar
100 * 0.7 + 200 * 0.3 = 70 + 60 = 130 Avg Damage

Or another way to look at it Khopesh multiplies your damage by 1.4 vs the Scimitars 1.3 (not should actually be 1.35 and 1.25 because you always miss 5% but that's not important to what we are talking about)

You, sir, are correct.

I know what i did wrong i should have used the added damage on crit, not including base damage. So 17-20 × 200% and 15-20 × 100%. Which make 40 and 30 a difference of 10, like u showed.

Sorry for the disinformation.

couple things:

str is king. you dont need so much con. unless youre going for know the angles, you dont need any int. get rid of that wis, its not helping you. more str, then con or dex.

might want to apply tome at lvls 2, 5, 10, 14, 18 in the planner. assuming you actually ate them in a previous life or before a lr.

horcs are ok for thf builds. for twf, swf, or snb, theyre literally useless. you will get yourself more str on a human or a helf, because orcish fury is not reliable, not enough extra dps to warrant maintaining your health below a certain point, and doesnt stack with rage pots or primal scream.

for a primarily melee toon, i wouldnt go past 18 ranger unless i was dex based. in which case i would go with only 12 ranger, and use daggers. so yea would go pure.

could better spend the feats you have listed as oversized twf (useless), fe: monstrous humanoids (sahuagin and....? = useless), toughness (useless), and first blood (useless).
