What is your goal exactly?

The build definitely looks like it could be improved. The feats are suboptimal -- there's really no reason ever to take Oversized Two Weapon Fighting. Usually no reason to take Toughness. I really can't see taking Force of Personality -- it's only going to be a few points worth of difference in your Will save, which I think will be low enough anyway that it's not worth bothering with. If this is a leveling build, rather than one you're going to LR or eTR into at cap and never play in the heroic levels, then I think you really want to take Cleave and Great Cleave much earlier.

I would think about trying to get Empower Healing + Quicken to boost your Rejuvenation Cocoon self healing when you hit epics. Or Point Blank shot and Improved Critical:Ranged if you want to improve your Manyshots a bit.

But again, I don't really know what you're focusing on. Looks like you're going for a TWFing scimitar melee with some self-healing from Ameliorating Strike and Manyshot capability for burst DPS. Whether this works for your goals will probably depend on what content you plan to run. I can't see this build having sufficient saves to do well in EE, especially since without Power Surge and with just one rank of class-based tactics and no race-based tactics you will not have sufficient Stunning Blow DC to use it there. So I assume you're building more for EN/EH content? Or maybe this is just a heroic build you're planning to take to 20 and immediately reincarnate?

Maybe 12 fighter, 5 fvs, 3 ranger would be better.

Sorry I haven't replied sooner, I haven't been on the forums much this week.

I don't know much about FvS splashes and using ameliorating strike for healing, so I can't offer much feedback regarding that. If that's all you really want from FvS though, then you only need four levels.

Six ranger is certainly a good option for twf and manyshot (assuming you want a ranged option). I notice you take graceful death, but put all your level points into str. The main draw in the tempest tree is the 10% offhand attacks from the second core. So you could probably free up some points here. If you need a boost to your positive spell power for ameliorating strike, I might consider spending a few points in deepwood stalker. If you're not interested in the ranged option, then you really only need 3 levels of ranger.

The 12 fighter/5FvS/3ranger is not a bad option, but I'd go with 12fighter/4FvS/4ranger so you can take ram's might. This also gets you +1 BAB, fort, and reflex saves. The 5th FvS level only offers energy resistance 10 (which won't make a crucial difference) and a second level 2 spell (all of which are unimpressive). If you drop to ranger 4, you'll have to take improved twf, but you'll also get two more feats from 12 fighter. Take improved twf and greater weapon specialization with those. And just make sure to fit in power attack if you go with 12 fighter.

Move cleave and great cleave up a lot earlier. They're great for surrounding yourself with low level mobs and just plowing through them. I'd take them at level 3 and 6 and take toughness at level 15 or 18.

Drop oversized twf, this is not needed at all. Figure out what your final saves will be and see if force of personality is really worth taking. I'd agree with Cardtrick, since you're taking FvS you might as well fit in empower heal and possibly quicken for cocoon. I'd take those instead of oversized twf and force of personality.

What will be your epic feats? I'm assuming overwhelming crit will be one. What else? I'd consider blinding speed (if you don't have the gear to give you this) or epic damage reduction for your level 27 feat.

I think if you implement some of these changes the build will do decent damage and have sufficient survivability and self-healing for your goals. I hope that helps.

You helped a lot, i Think 12/4/4 will be a good build. Good catch i in the DWS for more positive spell power, the exposing strike looks like a good thing, maybe with rogue dill for more SA (i have one past life rogue feat).

Thx again.
