At first glance it would seem to be a Monkcher build of sorts. Monkchers, however, still do well with unarmed damage. After a careful selection and a sacrifice of feats, this is my rework of a very well put together combat bowman. Targeting EE content and what is needed to be effective as an elite archer. To draw the most out of this build it would be best to have 3 monk, 3 fighter and 3 ranger past lives in addition to having 3 weapon enchantment epic past lives from the arcane sphere. The original concept included Overwhelming Critical with it's prereqs but I felt it became too much of a "glass-cannon".

Highlights:
+2 Runebow, +3 Righteous Weapons = +5 stacking enhancement to all bows (add another +3 with epic past life weapons enchantment)
Displacement with Extend
Empower Heal for Cocoon
60+ PRR
100 AC
25% Dodge
All saves in the 60s

Tips:
I twist Cocoon, A Dance with Flowers, and Purge the Wicked while in Fury of the Wild
Use Shock Imbue on a Thunder-forge longbow with First Degree Burns, the dmg doesn't stack but Vulnerable with build up faster. Add the 20% to your DWS 30% boost and you got another 50% to your fury shot.

interesting. i take it this build spends most/all of its time at range? i prefer to go for anything that gives me more/bigger crits, but this looks strong for sure

Yes this is a 247 longbow-in-hand build. Originally it was a concept given to me by my friend, he never ran it himself and wanted me to test it out since I was looking to do a ranger life. First run through I did have Overwhelming Critical and was getting around 20k+ a fury shot in Mountain Stance by endgame with my Thunder-forge longbow. I formatted this build to my playing style after an Epic Reincarnation with less on critical hits but more survivability in EE content.

if youre putting lvl ups into str overwhelming critical is way better than a handful of hp from toughness. you would be much better of taking str down to 14 and upping your con. this will cause -1 atk/dmg, +28 hp at lvl 28, +1 fort save, +1 crit mult on 19-20 (far better than 1 dmg) at the cost of that 1 dmg from lower str and 2 less hp than if you had toughness (assuming you get the hp from commoner lvls, otherwise you actually get 6 more hp). i think that is the main difference i see from any other monkcher build.

Like I've stated above I have played this with OC before and the 3 wasted feats made this build too much of a glass cannon for me. The dps without OC is still insane but for me having dodge capped and longer displacement is far more effective in EE content.

forgot you would need to drop stuff to get cleaves, but i imagine you could find a more useful feat to take than toughness, its just sitting there looking smug being in an epic feat slot.

U23 should bring changes to pre-requisites for OC - as in removing str and feats required IIRC.

That would be nice, still in the same build, took OC this time around and human race. Other than that same build. Also finished a thunder-forged longbow so I'll be chasing after high crit dmg.

Race is critical to this build in a sense that you have to have Silver Flame as a choosen deity. Halfling was discussed as a partnership play style giving one another a 1(w). Mark of healing is nice but imo cocoon w/ empower healing feat works just fine. You'll eventually run out of uses. But if that's your play style by all means. Human and Elf are my recommendations for this build due to the dmg out put.
