Some things are set in stone for me:
1) I want the character to be a dex based two-weapon fighter, going for a high dodge rating.
2) Race must be elf or half-elf.

Everything else is negotiable. I could see 2 levels of fighter instead of rogue, taking Mobility and something else. What do you think?

Everything works better with Monk.

Does Drow count as an Elf to you?

I'd rather stay a "normal" elf, unless drow is overwhelmingly better.

EDIT: I can see how 2 levels of Ninja Spy would benefit the build a lot! I'll try and change the build with monk instead of rogue.

EDIT2: I went with an 8 monk\12 wizard drow. What do you think? Enhancements are a little tight.

Stupid question here, but if you are going TWF, why stick to EK and the shield bonuses?

Second, I’m not sure with this type of build that UMD would even be worth it. You’re better off moving those points into maybe Heal (if you go PM) or Spellcraft.

Additionally, you might want to weigh the benefits of Bone Armor vs. Cloak of Night. You already have crit resistance with heavy fort and Wraith form, but you are going to get ripped apart in lvl 15+ content with light spells. You might want to consider trading off PRR for resistance to light spells.

Thanks for the suggestions!

The Improved Shield is mainly because of the PRR increase while under the effect of Shield. Secondly, being TWF I can use the shield bonus too, or am I missing something?

Both your other suggestions are very interesting. Heal might be better, since I don't think I'll cast any offensive spell that Spellcraft might affect.
Good point on Cloak of Night, I'll change that :)

Do you think 2 levels of fighter might be worthy? I'd lose Wholeness of Body (mainly) for an increase in BAB and 2 feats.

It's a SLA so it doesn't matter whether you have a shield equipped or not. Mind that there is a bug or something the Devs forgot about that causes the additional PRR effect not being extended by the Metamagic Feat.

I've just capped a Wiz12/ranger6/monk2 toon, and the combo is a blast.

I've skipped Cloak of Night, but then, I had a Shroud of the Abbot.

during leveling, I suggest taking wiz7 early, so you have access to Death Aura and Negative Energy Burst; I took only 6 lvls before finishing monk and ranger levels, and it was at times a pain to heal quickly enough.

I don't use improved shrouding, because I consider the xtra 5% incorp not to be critical. I prefer to toggle Tenser with all the goodies EK enhancements bring.

Enhancements are tight when you need EK Tenser, PM Wraith and Ninja Dodge. Not much left for ranger, but enough to boost twf dmg and more dodge. Getting to 25% dodge is easy with this build, which together with 25% incorp and 50% displacement is ~72% miss chance on mobs without True Seeing (~44% with).
If you have both Auras going, high PRR is not really that relevant anymore.

All in all great for both tanking and dps.

Sorry, I got confused with Improved Shield and Shield Training. My bad.

Like I said, it is something to mull over. Heal, I believe, improves your self-healing from your death auras.

The consensus around here is that Monk fixes everything. I’m not a big multi-class guy, but replacing fighter for ranger might be a good idea as I’m not 100% sure what Ranger levels is going to get you.
