Friend and I were kicking around ideas for what to do with his lvl 19 elf ftr/pal/monk. Below is what I came up with: a 28-pt elf variant on Cetus (https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/422550-U19-Fighter-Build-Cetus). This makes it mostly-F2P - just unlock monk (last day to get it for 30% off, kids!) - except it does require a couple of tomes: +2 DEX for ITWF/GTWF/Manyshot and +2 WIS for Zen Archery.

Typical Master Earth stance monk / kensei: TWF w/rapiers (Balizarde FTW!), Manyshot w/Zen Archery to stay centered (Pinion FTW!). Evasion, Shadow Form, decent saves from Divine Grace, blah blah blah. :)

Stalwart D. should be swapped for KotC (Divine Might) once you acquire Bane of Undeath; fortunately, it's the exact same # of APs. :)

EDIT: for the first several lvls she should use 2H weapons, like Carnifex or keen falchion (+Valenar enhs). At lvl 8 when she gets ITWF, I would switch to rapiers, even though you won't be centered until lvl 12. For the gear-challenged, Cannith air rapier (http://ddowiki.com/page/Elemental_Rapier_of_Air) + Frozen Tunic (http://ddowiki.com/page/Frozen_Tunic) is a good start.

A minor point - you might as well pick "Follower of the Silver Flame" rather than go with the Undying Court - an additional +1 to hit with Longbows isn't much, but +1 to hit with (uncentering) Scimitars is definitely worse.

While I am at it I might suggest delving into the Elf racial tree rather than StD while working towards Bane of Undeath. Defensive Stance requires a shield, which breaks centering, so you might as well take the extra +2 to hit & damage with Aerenal weapons instead since that's always going to be useful. This also opens the chance to shore up the Will saves hole a bit with +6 saves vs. Enchantment and 5 uses of Feywild Tap to make your caster friends happy (and/or feed Cocoon). I really wish Elven Skill would fit in since that is so strong, but it's out of reach without painful sacrifices.

I agree that Divine Might will be stronger in the long run, but while working towards it the Elven enhancements seem more useful to me.

Stalwart Defensive Stance doesn't require a shield; I use it all the time for +3 saves +25 PRR. The higher-tier Gtr Stalwart Stance bonuses are S&B-only; but you'll notice I don't take any of them. :)

Saves vs Enchantments don't matter if you have Prot. from Evil + FoM; and I don't care about Feywild Tap on a build with no spells of its own. Feeding Cocoon is a nice idea, but explain to me where you'll free the APs necessary for Feywild in epics.

Elven Skill + full Aerenal line is what I really would like to add; but again, where do I get the APs for it? :(

EDIT: one tweak that does occur to me is if delay pal 2 to lvl 16+, I can move Master of Forms up to lvl 15 (monk 6 / ftr 8 / pal 1) and MS back to 18. But I really wanted Div Grace ASAP on this build.

Well, that shows me for believing the Wiki.

How much would i have to change with the build to turn it into a human kopesh user? I figure i wouldn't really lose much feat wise since i'd be using the human bonus feat for kopesh prof.

My main concern is that i'd like to take the dragonmark of passage since i like having ddoor, but i'm not sure what feat to replace it with, or how to fit in the enhancements needed for it. Course if i'm not married to the idea so if the dragonmark can't fit in, it can't fit in.

GWS is the least important feat on this build, since it's no longer a Kensei pre-req and only adds +2 dmg on its own. However, figuring out how to rearrange things to squeeze in khop prof + DM is tricky, unless you don't mind backloading Bow STR + Manyshot into epic levels.

Another option would be a rgr 2 splash instead of pally: drawback is losing Divine Grace and access to Divine Might; upside is 3 free feats. Although once you start considering a rgr splash, there's an incentive to go for rgr 3 to get +10% offhand from Tempest, which makes things more complicated.

The main issue with taking rgr instead of pally is that i'm LRing a level 3 toon to match this build as close as possible, and he already took a fighter, monk and paladin level. As for khop prof, i figured i'd take it at level 3, taking point blank shot at level 1 as the human bonus feat.

As for the DM i'll prolly end up leaving that out entirely for this build since i can't be bothered to figure out where to put it at the moment, plus it really isn't an important feat for this build since the AP on the build is tight enough without having to try and fit in the DM enhancements.

What, no dragon mark for displacement?

APs are pretty tight, but I suppose I could drop SD for them; dunno what feat to give up for it, though. I'm counting on Blurry+Shadow Form to be sufficient protection.

You can also just craft a few greensteel displacement clickies
