The Sarlona server will be brought down at 4:30 PM for a restart. We expect the downtime to last around 20 minutes.

What Icu said lol, been having tons of dc's since last Thursday. Could log into the game for 2-3 mins at a time. It was making my urge...to...kill...RISE!!!! No DDo makes lots people homicidal lol jk ;-)

FYI: The restarts for Sarlona and Argonnessen are to address an issue that would have caused server instability.

from Cordovan in Argo news - would have been nice to know.

And me I thought it was for the extra chests in quests... Bad, bad me...

Why does it now say Sarlona is CLOSED on the log in screen when Argo says down? Did one of the Kobolds find something shiney and deviate from the hamster wheel???

I find it wonderful that they tell us 20 minutes and yet its been 45 minutes with no update as to the hold up.

Way to keep your customers informed on whats going on. You tell us 20 minutes and it has now been an hour with absolutely no word from anyone as to what is going on. Then you expect people to not be upset? You would find if you just keep people informed they are way less likely to be wanting to lynch you! Just saying information is key.

Really cause according to your own launcher Sarlona is listed as closed I think that is the problem people are seeing

Sarlona and Argo both still showing as closed to me. Any way to clear a cache or something locally?

Sorry, but it still says world is closed on launcher and cannot get into game.

Sarlona went from down to up half an hour ago, but the server status changed to closed. It still needs to be opened for people to log in ;p

Nope, I can't get in, and neither can a guildy of mine that i happen to be in a mumble channel with.

log into a different server, and log out again. Sarlona now visible for me (argo still down)

Just to update, it went from "closed" to "up" on my end on 5:36 pm (virtually minutes after the post) and was able to log in.
