Not sure how to do the tome things, I have a +3 Str Tome, Plan to get a +2 Dex Tome from 1750 favor and have a +1 (+2 Upgrade) Cha tome, not sure if Cha tome is needed though.

Looks ok, just a couple nibles:

If it's character's second life (you are TRing it), you will start with 34 points instead of 28. So, good news.
Start with 15 dexterity, you only need 17 for feats and you will have +2 tome.
Try and grab a +2 intelligence tome while you are at it. They are pretty cheap and after the rework, there are more useful skills for all characters.
Drop oversized two weapon fighting and get something useful. Under current system the -2 hit is somewhat not noticeable. Here is my suggestion: instead of TWF at level 1, take Power attack and use two handed weapon till at least level 6, then take TWF.
You might want to reconsider taking Maximise and Empower, since there will be so many spell you will be using them with efficiently. Unless you really like Divine Punishment, then keep them.

I'll echo Whesper's advice that using Power Attack and a two-handed weapon is better for the early levels. There's no real need for Over-sized Two-Weapon Fighting in the current state of the game.

Others will disagree with me I'm sure, but I've always waited until level 18 to take Quicken on my divines. You don't want to cast Mass Heal without it, but Heal and the cures are fast enough to cast without it and (in my opinion) you're not going to wipe because your Blade Barrier was interrupted. I'd much rather have Maximize earlier for harder hitting Divine Punishment and Blade Barrier. As a meleeing soul, DP is your best friend.

Consider delaying taking Empower Heal or dropping it entirely. For your melee to be viable you'll need to have the feats to support it; this is difficult to do on a feat starved class like the favored-soul. That's why many melee souls choose to go 18 FVS/2 Monk; the two bonus feats monk gets you make 3 TWFing feats a lot easier to fit.

Good luck.

Re-worked it. How does this look? Im not sure if Paladin will really help except for some saves. Fighter gives more wiggle room for feats and haste boost.

Now that does look better and a tad bit more focused. I am not sure which line of enhancements you are going to take, but if you are going with Warpriest, you will get Haste as a spell at level 18 FvS. Which means Blinding speed will be kinda meh. And Toughness is not really gonna do much. I think it as more of a prerequisite for Epic Toughness. If I were you (I am not though), I would take those 2 feats and grab Maximise and Empower or something else instead of Empower :)

Oh and swap the order for Empower healing and Great cleave. Not many spells there that actually benefit from Empower healing at level 3 :) Actually, I don't take any healing spells till around level 9 or so and heal with wands, since they work so much better if you have the Wand and Scroll mastery enhancements, but that's just me.

Swapping Emp Heal and Cleave is good, wasnt sure i could take it earlier or not. Blinding Speed ill keep, saves me having to recast every what ? 2-3 min? I took toughness cause i was out of ideas. maybe ill swap out Dragon Mark and Toughness for Max/Emp and work them around some more.

Havent looked at the Enhancements yet, but will probly go Warpriest and get GH & Heal Amp in human tree.

It can be hard to fit in with the three TWF feats (and without any monk), but consider Extend. Effective melee will mean running Divine Favor and Divine Power all the time, and both have very low durations. This will also work to lengthen out the Haste you get in Warpriest...there's really no need for Blinding Speed when you can self-cast Haste.
