Attempting a staves user dps melee.
Considered it needs a minimum of 2 levs in rog for +15% alacrity with staves and a min of 5 in mnk for grabbing tier5 heishin tree. 13 levs to fill, 8 ftr looked like the obvious choice, leaving only 5 to go. a 6th in monk grants +1 feat and free adept so why not. 4 to go, ftr on 12 gets sexy power surge, hence went for ftr12/mnk6/rog2.
there are tons of possible swaps with enhancements thus i mainly focused on tactics DC, dps and some extra dodge, for survivability in EEs.
not sure if actual enhancements are the best opt, thus i might need some help in here.

kensei 25
heishin 34
acrobat 9
ninja 11
horc 1

the build main points:

- it gets a very high alacrity with staves (+15% from TA tree) plus an additional 15% from another source of your choice: ultimate air stance (which also gives +10% doublestrike), alacrity item (say jorgundal's collar lev25) or permahaste feat at lev 27 (best option in my opinion as we want to stay in ultimate earth stance for better hp, prr and crit). 8x haste boosts +2 with verik necklace and +3 in LD.
- Stun/Trip DC are both pretty high (you should easily reach STR 54 or better, giving a minimum unbuffed DC of 10, +22 STR, +3 PL, +3 kensai enhancement, +6 LD, +5 combat mastery item, +10 stunning/vertigo = 59 minimum for stun and 62 minimum for trip (+3 TA tree). another +4 is added while in power surge and another +1 while under 80% health due to horc.
- main weapons are pretty easy to get/farm (sireth comes free from raider box, epic nat gan takes a few chrono runs, walking stick takes a bunch of villagers comms) and midgame weapons are not that hard to get (posIII green steel / minII green steel / rhal's might...) except breeze from abbot raid (not mandatory but nice to have).
- very high dodge / incorporeality / displacement
- additional damage with heishin lit the candle stance, sneak attack, enhancement trees, greater weapon spec.

Id like to see if it works effectively in EEs and im also curious about a couple of more things:
1) AP are pretty restrictive here, is it worthy to renounce to 8 APs and go dwarf to get an additional +2 tactics DC? (should be +3 but if dwarf we start with STR 18 rather than 20) if so, where should i cut these 8 points from?
2) What if human instead? that +1 feat could be an early toughness, granting epic toughness later and we can also grab a +3 STR bonus via action surge? (renouncing again to 4 AP, probably 6 since in that case we'd also want core2 +1 STR)

Thanks for any help.

PS: level progression might not be optimal for leveling up/maximise skill points etc.
