Can't find Shinato

Ok, so i'm a monk. i'm lvl 10, i have reset my enhancements.
I have 3 window pnes for my enhancements.
1: Half Orc
2: Mystic / Unset
3: Ninja Spay / Unset

I see no reason I can't find it, but I can't :(
any help would be great.

Thgeres an arrow at the right hand edge of the 3 pane window, use it to scroll over and shintao should be on the next pane(s).
