I dunno about you guys, but this procedure is a long one, and it happens, every, single time that the launcher is started, i'm just wondering why is that the developpers aren't just downloading the screens that are changed, once the user already have an already downloaded screen, we shouldn't have to go thru the same big batch of screens every times the launcher is launched, this procedure takes too long for what it's worth and could be coded to be more time efficient.

Same thing happens to me. Also, it keeps downloading Visual C++ every time I start the launcher.

Instead of downloading all screens automatically the launcher could check timestamps. Also, after setting a particular language in the launcher, it should not re-download "other" language screens unless the language is different on the next launch. Give us all language screens the first time the client runs and then go from there. It may seem like a small amount of bandwidth but it adds up on metered accounts.
