Anyone willing to post a list of the destiny feats with descriptions?

Out of curiosity, does anyone know if you can take another one of the 1 destiny maxed lvl 26 feats at 28? I can definitely think of characters of mine on which I would prefer two of the 1st tier feats instead of a 1 and a 2.

Epic Destiny Requirement: Taking this feat requires that you earn maximum experience for a number of destinies in this feat's related spheres.

Your weapons gain Ghost Touch. Your vorpal strikes deal 10d6 extra uptyped damage vs. evil enemies (This bonus damage works with melee, unarmed, and ranged attacks)

Divine Sphere

Target: self, foes, directional, breakable
You radiate destruction, dealing 20d20 sonic damage to enemies around you. Enemies successding a fort saving throw vs. (20 + Wisdom modifier) take falh damage. This dispels crowd control effects such as stuns on you, and can be used while stunned or otherwise incapacitated (but still conscious).

Elusive Target -
Each time you are physically damaged, you have a +5% chance to completely ignore the damage.

(this applies to physical attacks and spells that deal physical damage.)

Melee weapon and unarmed attacks deal and extra 5d20 extra untyped damage against enemies with 90% or more HP. This extra damage won't trigger twice within 3 seconds

Mass Frog -

Up to six nearby enemies are turned into frogs. each may avoid ribbiting on a successful fort saving throw vs DC (20 + Wisdom modifier).

Yes, the lvl 26 feats are still available at 28.
Oh, and to complete the list above : the epic skill focuses seem to be dependant on your base class too. My arty didn't have intim and jump, but search and disable device. The spheres for those skill focuses were weird tho (one primal, the other arcane)

It seems unlocking the feats is either somewhat buggy or requires a specific destiny to be completely capped in its sphere. i.e. I could only take Mass Frog after completely capping Primal Avatar, but I had Doubleshot available when I had Shiradi Champion completely capped.

And yes, I saw the same problem on my FvS. Couldn't take epic spell power : light with EA capped, I had to cap US to get it to appear... Bug reported.

I did a full list (including skills) here (https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/421178-Destiny-Orb-Feats?p=5050469&viewfull=1#post5050469), but didn't checked if we needed specific EDs for each Spell Power or Skill. As long as descriptive text is concerned, it should be a bug.

I assume that epic skill foci are also connected to a particular epic destiny. If other capped skills didn't appear, they would presumably be connected to a destiny that you haven't capped.

This appears to be by design, but isn't stated anywhere. It would be nice to have some official statement on how these feats are supposed to work so that we can determine what is a bug and what isn't.
