There have been no changes to arcane enhancements despite dozens of pages of feedback in the latest update.

Devs: Not sure if this is just a preview for cleric/bard, but you said you would be listening this time around. Will we be seeing updated sorcerer enhancements?

It's been posted many times but caster enhancements, especially sorcerer needs a ton of work. To recap the most serious issues:

-Sorcerer NEEDS force crit/enhancement lines. If you only have time to make one change, this is it.
-Wizards are only able to spec into one crit line. This needs to change
-Stacking efficient metamagics is broken. Free metas will completely change how casters are played.

Again, the simple and best solution has been proposed several times:

Put all spellpower/crit/metamagic lines into one universal caster tree that all casters have access to. This eliminates all the redundancy and removes all the unrelated enhancements from specific PrE lines. Ideally, this will require heavy reorganization of trees. It's more than obvious that you're trying to use a one size fits all approach to all PrEs, when we really just wanted a graphical representation of current live enhancements.

As of right now, the caster enhancements need serious work as they are extremely terrible. Please do not let us down. You said you're going to start listening to feedback.

Can we really expect any information issued by a Turbine employee to be accurate or true? How can you expect any kind of openness from people who's business it is to trick you into continuing to allow them to take your money?

And can we expect another Sorcerer PrE? The ONLY class getting screwed by this enhancements' change.

Wizards can spec in more of a line. I was able to choose 2% in four lines. But yes, the enhancements are terrible.

Pale master is crappy. Heighten reduction (very needed for pale master) in tier 5 and capstone of the archmage tree. 8 APs in undead forms… but I only need one!!! The spell likes cost 6 APs more, and the last is tier 5 (We have to choose between heighten reduction and spend 6 APs in spell like that pale master need for his skeletal pet healing…)

Spell likes should be granted with the forms. Former shrouds are useless once we obtain one better. Spell like + shroud could justify the cost of eight APs.

Pale master need be better in necromancy than archmage. Necromancy spell cost reduction or spell likes for damage undead would be appreciated.

I want to see the third tree for cleric.

+1 to a general class tree. This is very needed. Not only for caster classes... for all classes.

There has been almost no changes except for a few tweaks here and there, and tress that were not active that are now active ( Divine Disciple ) so that we stop the DooM.
( still it has all the ingredient for a NGE )

They just activated Divine Disciple for the Clerics, I'm fairly sure it was already there, but they didn't want to activate it at first...
Honestly I didn't see any change for the Bards.

They did not listen, they are just forcing the whole thing down our throat, as it is their intention to make a WoW like ( that's what the trees are ) thing.
Maybe the order came from High Above to go that way, but obviously the ones taking the decision don't know what is best for the game and what is going to hurt it.
( just look at what happened with the website... traffic lowered by more than 50% in one update )

Great ideas, too bad they aren't listening. The devs have stated right in the lamannia sorcerer thread that they are not currently working on the sorcerer. Expect the beta sorcerer to go live without any adjustment to the enhancements and bugs currently present. The fact that they are letting a potentially class-killing nerf make it to live (and for those of you clamoring that nerfs have happened before, I refer you to the math that shows sorcs will lose about 50-90% of their spell power depending which bugs make it to live), shows that they simply aren't listening. No change from alpha to beta? That's testament to them not caring.
