Does SF: Abjuration have any effect on not-harming or not-ccing spells like Protection from Evil or Resist Energy? Will they protect better or increase save chance or something like that? Same question for other spells from other schools like Blur or Heroism.

I try to play a Fighter 8 / Wizard 12 build and I'm wondering which SF would be best, besides the Necromancy one for Palemaster and the ones for spells that require a failed save by enemies to succeed.

Nope, Spell Focuses only affect offensive spells. Looking at the list of Abjuration spells (http://ddowiki.com/page/Spells_by_school#Abjuration_spells), I count six with DC checks; and Mordy's Disjunction doesn't really count, as it's useless in PvE, IIRC.

Honestly, as a heavily-MCed wizard, you're going to struggle with your DCs in higher-end content; you may be better off looking at the spells w/out DCs (e.g., Melf's Acid Arrow, Ice Storm, etc.).
