I didn't look to much into your enhancements so sorry if I missed it, but it doesn't look like you have human versatility for the damage boosts. Huge dps increase that you should consider taking.

As for feats, you don't need that many toughness feats, 1 is plenty and maybe a second if you don't have monk past life or your set on being a human monk. I only say this because h-elf makes for a great monk because you can take most of the same enhancements and you can use heal scrolls(cleric dilettante) without having umd or rogue dilettante for 3d6 extra sneak attack damage. (you lose the extra feat, but you have a few extra feats anyway so h-elf looks better for self healing or more damage)

- Dump a toughness and take power attack.
- Resilience isn't that great of a feat, since you can't have power attack on while in that stance. So I would suggest dumping it and picking up cleave in its place. Not a great feat on a monk since it will slow down your monk speed, but it qualifies you for shintao monk and it helps a lot when charging blitz, since you can pick up momentum swing and lay waste from cleave. (Legendary dreadnought is your best friend for soloing or if someone in your group isn't running in blitz, at least for quests that can be blitzed. So, it helps charge it a lot faster, also to make it work a little easier equip a quarterstaff to charge it)
- If you have a monk past life, dump a toughness and take it instead.
- If you decided to go h-elf dump dodge or another toughness
- Improved sunder is also a decent feat choice for a monk for the -3 to fort saves, but as a wisdom based monk your stuns should be great anyways.
- For epic feats grab vorpal strikes and Improved martial arts

- For stance I would recommend strictly Earth stance for the prr - 30 prr if your running gmof, 50 hp, +1 crit multiplier. Air is slightly more dps, but earth is better for end game content for its defenses.

It's a great start for your monk and gives good detailed explanations on monks. It was posted in 2009, but edited last year to update it for the new endgame. You can just modify it a bit for a light monk build instead. But most of the important info is there.

Your feats, and enhancements need a little bit of changing for a more effective monk, other than that you have the right idea. The links are just there for extra help in building/info if needed.

Looks pretty solid to me, although maybe only 1 toughness feat in favor of dodge, mobility and spring attack for the extra dodge % it provides not to mention the no loss in attack bonus for moving!!! But otherwise looks fine to me!!!
