What are your goals for this character? This information will give folks some insight into your feat/enhancement/skill choices.

Are you planning on continuing into Epic levels, or are you going to True Reincarnate once you hit level 20?

Why the Force Manipulation don't remember arti's getting many if any force spells unless it is all for a rune arm then don't think it is worth it . other than that much the same as mine. might want to pump in more cha for umd.

I would imagine it is for Blade Barrier and Tactical Detonation. The build also has SF: Evo and GSF: Evo, so I would imagine it is going for a more caster focus build, but we really need to know the direction plan to begin to offer advice.

OP here.

My original intent for the Artificer was to focus primarily on casting and rune arm. As I've been playing, I find the crossbow to be highly effective, so I've tried to balance that with casting. I take a full line of ranged feats concluding with Improved Precise Shot. I realize that I do not have Toughness, which many consider a must have for any class, but there is room to remove Augment Summoning, Eschew Materials, or Greater Spell Focus for some more survival if needed. I focused primarily on Force damage as the best Artificer damage spells are Force based (Blade Barrier, Tactical Detonation, and Prismatic Strike). I would like to balance Force and Lightning for spells and rune arms, but there just aren't enough enhancement points. I plan on playing as a back row range and support class. I get some great buffs, some pretty good utility, and some pretty good damage as well. While I will not be able to heal others that effectively, I will be Self Repairing and curing conditions. UMD for potions, scrolls, wands, and other clickies will round out my utility.

At least that is the idea.

Drop Eschew Materials and to pick up Toughness. Eschew Materials is complete junk.

Also I would lower WIS and CHA back down to 6 and raise your CON up to 16.
