Update: MyAccount and sign up have been restored. Work continues to clean up any lingering connectivity issues.

We are currently investigating connectivity issues. At this time the game worlds are up, but some players are experiencing an error when they attempt to login. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience!

Well lag just party wiped us... 15 minutes of running in one place as the mobs move 1 step every 30 seconds... and very very slowly bring about our DOOOOMMMMM

My game dies at the launcher when the message "opening main form" comes up top. It's been working fine for months and this just started happening yesterday. I can't play at all. :(

Is this issue affecting Turbine Accounts & subscriptions? As my VIP account has been down graded to a standard account today 09/06/2013 & my payment details removed.? I have raised a ticket to support.
I pay yearly & am not due to renew until the 13/06/2013

My VIP account was working correctly yesterday 08/06/2013

Is anyone else having these issues?

I have spoken to support & they have restored my VIP account & credited me with the remaining days of my subscription. However all my payment details have been wiped & I will need to set-up a new subscription & payment details.

If you need to call from the UK use 001 855 924 2637. The support number is wrong on twitter as they have a 9 instead of a 6 showing 2937. I also mentioned this to support.

Is this issue still on going? I am having issues connecting to the worlds today for the first time. Does the game update check and password/username bit ok, but then just sits and loks for the servers. Restarted PC. Cleared cache from the c:\[user]\AppData\Turbine folder. Checked my VIP status on myaccount.turbine.com Everytinng says I should be connecting, but nothing.

Edit: Re-did all of above and left it sitting there for about 45 minutes before it connected.

game update progress ..status..connecting...waiting ...been waiting for 9 hours now...same yesterday.tried full reinstall of client.manually installed microsoft visual etc...still nothing...not happy.will tyry one last time to reinstall main game package..then am stumped...
