Now I don't know what the current graphics are for cleave and great cleave on a monk because I've not taken the feats on a monk before but I'd like them to be flying kicks.

While you're at it make the current standard trip graphics monk only and return the rest of the classes to using whatever weapon they have equipped to trip the enemies.

They already are; roundhouse kicks, I believe they're called.

Monk's also have a custom Whirlwind Attack animation for unarmed combat. That said, there's a good reason you don't see monk's using those abilities. In almost all situations a stun, ki strike, or other activated ability is better.
