Is there a list you can get that show how good an add on 2 a weapon is?

Example: wounding, curse spewing, pure good etc

I know some are better against some monsters example pure good against evil.

So would a pure good curse spewing weapon be better then say a pure good roaring 1?

I hope i explained this well enough.

I also realize this is not a straight forward or easy answer.

It's not an easy question to answer because there is some subjectivity or at least environment-specificality involved.
-If no one in your party uses any DC based attacks, Cursespewing is pretty useless and you'd be better off with direct damage.
-If your party is filled with wizard janitors who sweep the trash with a glance, your ideal item is one that maximizes damage against red+ names, or perhaps those monsters that arcanes don't annihilate (e.g. Wisps, constructs).
-If your party is BYOH and you don't have inherent healing, Vampirism goes a long, long, long way.
Ideally you would have weapons tailored for each situation: boss beaters, faux self sufficienters, debuffers (although in general you can just get an Improved Shattermantle and call it a day there).
