Saw that Monk was on sale and I was a little short on points so I decide to fill in the gaps with a mobile payment. It's not the first time I've done it and I've found it efficient and handy.

However today I had a bizzare experience.

I plugged in my number, then the progress bar halted as usual; the point where it should send a text to my phone i.e. the "are you sure" text. I never received it so I sent PAY anyway and it was enough.

So the loading bar thing moved up again this time saying: "Receiving payment confirmation from your mobile network..."

But I'd just received a text saying "Thanks for your purchase" etc and I was down by $5 with no points from the purchase because of the payment confirmation thing?

I looked at the How it Works tab and it said I should receive a message with a PIN code, never got it, so any help is appreciated on the matter, kinda sucks to be shorted then put on hold by the store >:l
