Does a warforged druid in animal form suffer from the warforged healing reduction?

Can they be repaired?

Does the Healer's Friend enhancement line work?

And finally, do they retain their immunities and fortification?

Thanks.

When you go in form each Animal or Elemental form has its own properties.
So you dont count as WF.
I TRed my WF sorc into a druid and with the changes in immunities etc Humanoid is the way to go.
Unless...You want to use the Docent option in order to get different bonuses from the sets.

A Warforged Druid in animal form:

- Can no longer be repaired
- Can be healed with positive energy at no penalty.
- Healer's Friend should have no effect (because it's mitigating a penalty that is completely removed when you become an animal)
- Can bleed out (they don't auto-stabilize)
- When resting, their heal skill, not their repair skill, determines how mcuh healing they get.

I think they keep their fortification.

When testing a build last weekend, I kept 25% fort and Healers Friend I in wolf form. Healing/repair was working correctly in forms, didn't test bleed out or shrines.

I love Warforged, I love Druids, but the two together feel like an abomination.

Think of it this way

What about a WF wiz/necro in vamp form...does light damage fry your bacon ?
yup

WF druid TURNED into an animal...can a wolf breath underwater ? nope

but on the plus side...you get to CHOOSE if your a wolf or a WF
so if they heal wand is used up, change back to WF and use the repair one

oh, and if your WF druid need to make a long swim...drop wolf form, before you jump in, until your done
easy breezy

Just to be pernickety. You can't use wands while in animal form (wolf and bear at least the tool tip says you cant use wands or scrolls. (not actually tested to see if works like that.) Then to use the repair wand you'd need to have UMD as repair spells are not on druid spell lists.

On a slight tangent, wonder if WF can use body feats (mithril or adamantine) and not break druid oath. If they can a WF bear tank could probably reach a reasonable AC with adamanitine body.

I guess that Warforged will have the best healing amp in the game until that bug gets fixed.

Ironic.

As long as we don't rely on Healers Friend for a warforge. As of MajMal's last post, it not working and there is no plan to have it working by the Xpack.

Instead of making stuff up and arguing with someone who actually has read it, why don't you actually read the tool tips and check it.

It says right at the bottom of the mouse over tool tip for both dire bear and winter wolf. "You cannot use wands or scrolls while in animal form". Just to test it when you do try and use a wand it says in the general chat window. (Error): Druids in animal form cannot use wands.
or if you try and use a scroll.
(Error): Druids in animal form cannot use scrolls.

Potions, clickies and spells yes, but I never said anything about, only that you were incorrect when you said you could use a wand while in animal form.
