So, I have a 18 Rgr / 2 Rog AA that I want to TR into a more effective DPS build. Having just recently acquired Monk, and having a guildy sing the praises of 10k Stars, I want to TR her into a Monkcher, and pick up Touch of Death for effective melee DPS as well. Here is the build I have in mind

11 ranger so I can get IPS w/o the onerous DEX requirement, 9 monk for ToD, HElf Rogue Dilettante + Dark monk for some decent sneak attack damage.

I will miss my current good UMD, and will lose my rogue skills, so hopefully gimpy ranger + monk self-healing with a 40% healing amp (+20% on my DT) will be sufficient.

I am a little concerned about the Power Attack on lvl 18, since with a max 30 STR (including Ram's Might and ship), might not hit things w/ PA - is there a more useful feat? Another Toughness (will only have about 460HP at cap), Quick Draw?

ToD is very expensive... Costs a lot of Action Points. It's hard to fit it in.

With Manyshot and 10k stars, you'll be ranging 70% of the time anyway, so I'd skip Touch of Death.
